Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
If your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
If you need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us—we're happy to help however we can.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Lovers Earthly Creations is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the shipping packaging.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
