At Lovers Earthly Creations, every piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our creations are one of a kind, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us while understanding the unique nature of handmade jewelry.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Include any accessories or complimentary items received with the order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, you'll receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item.
Store credit:
- Never expires.
- Can be used toward any future purchase.
- Will be issued once the returned item has been approved.
Because every piece is handmade and many are one of a kind, store credit allows you to choose another creation you'll love while helping us continue creating unique artisan jewelry.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging.
We'll make it right as quickly as possible through a replacement (when available), repair, store credit, or refund if appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Mystery boxes and subscription box purchases.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
Exchanges
Because many of our jewelry pieces are one of a kind, traditional exchanges are generally unavailable.
Instead, approved returns will receive store credit that can be applied toward any available item in our shop.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
Handmade Nature of Our Jewelry
Each piece is handcrafted using natural gemstones and artisan techniques.
Natural variations in:
- gemstone color,
- inclusions,
- shape,
- texture,
- wire wrapping,
are part of what makes every creation unique and should not be considered defects.
Jewelry Care
To help preserve your jewelry:
- Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
- Avoid perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not being worn.
